Old but then it just stops at the one before and goes on to say windows is starting in safe mode but then it shuts off and restarts.
Had the same hang issue and found that the OS installed by supplier was 32bit not 64 so it didn't like 8gb of ram, after taking out 4gb of ram it booted.
